SNAOSA Fundraising 2016-2017
We are very lucky to have an active Orff chapter that brings quality presenters three times a year to our area. Monies raised in our fundraisers are used to cover costs related to presenters (air fare, presenter fees, etc.). Please participate in our fundraisers or consider donating $40 (our fundraising goal per person) to the chapter to “opt out” of fundraisers. Nuts Fundraiser Goal: $800 Sell Dates: Sept. 23-Oct. 14 Your order form is two sided. One side has descriptions/pictures of all items and the other is your order form. We earn 40% profit on all items sold. Our individual goal is $40 earned/person. That is 8 coffee products or 16 snack products. All checks should be made out to SNAOSA. It is your choice if you want to collect checks from individuals or write 1 check from yourself. Money should be collected during the ordering stage. Turn in forms: Oct. 14 This means it has been placed in district mail on Friday, October 14 or delivered to me in person at our next workshop on October 15th . Collect/Distribute Sales: 1st/2nd week of November This is dependent on when product arrives, normally 2 weeks after order have been placed. I will schedule pick up times and locations with the sellers.
Classroom Scarves Work - Oct. 15, 3PM-5PM In addition to a traditional fundraiser, we are also going to make classroom manipulatives to sell to our district colleagues. This year we are making classroom scarves. We will need people to bring sewing machines and sergers, and to help sew, cut, and bundle finished products. ** If you have questions or ideas, please feel free to reach out to the fundraising committee: Elizabeth, Holly, Manny.**
